No previous experience necessary- our experienced coaches will individually teach each student at their level.
As women, we tend to heal and nurture others, and forget to heal and nurture ourselves. At this amazingly empowering 2 day camp you will be nurtured and challenged! You will join other women in this adventure to play, experience, support, laugh and heal together, while enjoying the great outdoors and having a blast experiencing Flying Trapeze, Circus Arts, Beach, and Water Sports.
Friday Afternoon will include yoga and Flying Trapeze, a healing and balancing session, a sunset cruise, dinner and a fire.
Circus activities including: Flying Trapeze, Aerial Silks, Aerial Web, Static Trapeze, Lyra, Acrobatics, Globes, Trampoline, Low-wire. juggling. unicycle and more. Water Activities include Beach Swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, water-skiing, wake surfing.
Camping at the beach is optional. Either join us for the day, or choose to camp out at our lovely quite beach surrounded by a field - outhouse. Bring a tent and dinner - grill provided. A more luxurious option would be to rent a home in Marine on Saint Croix on VRBO. We would be happy to help families arrange a home together for a communal experience.
